The charts returned are likely not 508 comliant which is an issue for federal publications. I like the step the navigator took in refusing to make a 508 compliant chart but rather provided the underlying data and telling me to do it myself. Seems like a cop-
out but is probably the best answer.
Weird, all the published visualizations should be 508 compliant. Do you refer to the downloads from the NCSES indicator explorer?
